Structural section design
Our company is engaged in the design of all types of building structures. We develop construction projects – from private house projects to apartment buildings. We also develop construction structure projects for metal frame warehouses and hangars.
Design of precast reinforced concrete elements
We offer the development of production drawings for prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in accordance with factory requirements. We developed drawings for such elements as reinforced concrete columns, beams, walls, 3-layer walls, basement walls, slabs, hollow reinforced concrete panels, stairs and staircase spans.
Development of BIM model of building structures
When designing, we operate in a BIM environment. This means that appropriate 3D models have been developed for our projects so that they can be viewed in a joint model with other sections, and also, having received the corresponding 3D models of other sections, we can identify problem areas in a timely manner.
Development of simplified apartment renovation projects
We develop and help to coordinate simplified apartment renovation projects (re-planning of apartment non-load-bearing walls) with the construction board.
Technical inspection of buildings
We carry out technical inspection of structures, and assess the conformity of structures with the requirements of Section 9 of the Construction Law. We also offer technical inspection of the facades and roofs of the building using drones.
Design of metal structures
We develop metal construction projects based on metal frame buildings, such as warehouses, hangars, production buildings, etc.
